Dan Rowland combines a BFA in graphic design from Ohio University with more than 20 years of experience, designing and producing solutions that exceed client expectations. Dan is the “big-picture” guy, keeping projects on target and within budget while acting as art director, lead collaborator, and designer.

Jeff Erickson brings a unique blend of deep marketing expertise and practical business experience. Over the past 28 years, he’s founded and run 4 businesses including Erickson Barnett, the premier B2B technology marketing agency in the DC area. Over the years, he’s worked at a strategic level with hundreds of businesses, nonprofits and venture capital firms.


DANA
Thinker/Doer

Dana Ray is a wordsmith, storyteller, and idea wrangler. Her work experience has been diverse and varied since she graduated from Penn State, including a year as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Bulgaria. Recently, she earned her M.A. in English from Bucknell University. She brings a narrative-driven eye to strategy and communication.


SYDNEY

Sydney Katona lends both marketing strategy and creative thinking to the Rowland team. With experience ranging from managing global oil and gas clients to developing brand plans and pitch decks, Sydney thrives at taking complicated concepts and expressing them in an engaging way. Sydney is a proud alumna of the University of Oklahoma.


MICHELE
Tinkerer/Talker

Michele Rowland earned an MA in Visual Communication and Photojournalism. She has worked for newspapers in Maine, Michigan and State College before accepting her most rewarding position as a full-time mom. Michele joined the Rowland Creative team in 2013 as a part-time office coordinator and bookkeeper, and full-time opinion-giver.

Brad Jamison

Brad Jamison has developed print, web, and video solutions for clients ranging from startups to global corporations to some of the largest U.S. colleges and universities. He integrates his engineering and communication degrees with 20 years of agency experience to produce designs that are a balance of critical thinking and creative presentation.

David Spak
DAVID
Thinker/Doer

David Spak has over 12 years of freelance and agency experience with print design, web design, video, and illustration for a broad range of clients from non-profits to pharmaceuticals and higher education. His multi-disciplinary design background allows for a unique approach to each new project. David received his BFA from The School of Visual Arts in New York City.


GAVIN 
Thinker/Doer

Gavin Robinson delivers refined and accessible results for everything from magazine launches, publication and brand redesigns, to logos, giving him a special appreciation for listening first and executing with purpose. He has a BFA in communication design and over 15 years of experience working through the design process to find solutions for brands both large and small.
